Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or shipping delays, we’ll notify you by email.


Domestic Shipping (USA)

We currently ship within the United States.
Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen carrier.

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

All orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping.


International Shipping

At this time, Soleil Mods ships to selected international destinations.
Shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on your country and carrier.
Customs fees, import taxes, and duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours to update after shipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

Soleil Mods is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during shipping.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly or email us at sales@soleilmods.com — we’ll help file a claim.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
